The USAFA Prep School class of 1970 lost EMORY W. LOCKETTE, Jr., on 18 Sep 2012.

EMORY LOCKETTE JR. We honor and pray for our beloved father, brother, son, friend and devoted husband, Emory Will Lockette Jr., 61, of Boulder City, who passed away peacefully Tuesday, Sept. 18, 2012, surrounded by loving family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Emory Lockette Sr. and Agnes Lockette. He is survived by his wife, Marina Bernie Lockette; daughters, Maria Teresa Jones (Paul), Camela Emily Jones (Quinton) and Ria Cuartelon (Romel); grandsons, Nazhem, Omar, Gavin, Jarod, Madoc, and Jaden: granddaughters, Najah and Brynn; and sister, Sharon Matrisciano. Emory was born Dec. 27, 1950 in Washington state and grew up in Boulder City. He graduated from Boulder City High School; graduated from the Air force Academy and became a Captain in the United States Air Force. He is an entrepreneur and business owner for over 20 years. He was married happily for 33 years to his wife, Bernie. We all pray for Emory's safe return to our Lord Jesus Christ and may he rest in peace. We love you and you will always be in our hearts, Amen.
