Eddie and I grew up in the same neighborhood so I truly knew him all my life. From the time he pushed me in the goldfish pond at "Big Mama's "house when we were about 5 years old to the day I called in to Teen Tempos and left a message that his hair looked great. I had caught him under the hair dryer at his Mom's beauty shop getting his hair curled for his part in the Senior Play.
I will also always remember that he and I rode together from Jackson to Columbia to attend Ken's funeral. Another very sad day.
I,too, knew Eddie all my life and remember his Mothers' beauty shop on the corner of Church St. Eddie was another great guy and was often around. We had great times and laughs.. He is missed and will always be.
