Dear Classmates,

This is it! The 35th anniversary of our graduation from East Marion High School has arrived.  Please, let us all get together and celebrate!  Our Reunion has been planned for September 26, 27 and 28th, 2014. These dates were chosen in coordination with our  school’s home football schedule.  The preliminary schedule of events are as follows:

Friday, September 26, 2014:      7:00 P.M. Football Game— East Marion V. Taylorsville.

                                                     East Marion High School Football Stadium

After Game Activity:                     TBA

Saturday, September 27, 2014:    7:00 P.M.  -  It’s PROM Time!  Dining, Dancing and a Great

                                                      Program!  Hattiesburg Lake Terrace Convention Center,

                                                      1 Convention Center Plaza, Hattiesburg, MS

Sunday, September 28, 2014:       10:00 a.m.  -  Church Service,  TBA

         Lunch: 1:00 P.M.  -                 The Round Table, 318 Church Street St. Columbia, MS

The cost of the Prom event at Lake Terrace is $50.00 per person.  If you are bringing a spouse, date, etc., the cost is $100.00 for a couple.  Money for this event needs to be collected as soon as possible.  Please send it in as soon as you can to:   Gilda Carter, 141 Eagle Drive, Brandon, MS 39047 or call her at 601-540-1989 for hand delivery.

Ordering information regarding T-Shirts to wear to the game will be available soon.  Please go to our class reunion website, register or update your profile/pictures if you have not already. Let us make this reunion another one that we shall never forget.  Our committee members are:  Janice Crowther, Gilda Carter, Freda Crowther, John Barber, Lloyd Pittman, Raymond Peters, Gilbert Peters, James Watts, Perry Robbins, Dewayne Stuckey, Pearlie Williams, Scherolyn Leggett, Lena Owens, Jeff Tolar and anyone else who would like to join in. Our prayer is that we will all see each other again at this time of fellowship and remembrance.
