Greetings Shamrocks,

The name we decided on for our foundation is the Full Circle Foundation.  This name allows us to be inclusive of others outside of the Shamrock family, which will be integral when we start requesting monetary support from and collaborations with other businesses, community organizations, etc... We also feel as though this name best describes what we want to accomplish and the direction of the foundation, which is to give back to Eau Claire High School by reaching back and bringing others forward.  The Full Circle Foundation will have three major pillars:  Scholarship,  Mentorship, and Partnership with the Community.  We used some of the other submitted names for the programs that will develop out of the three foundational pillars:

Scholarship: Scholarship is Leadership Program

Mentorship: The S.H.A.M.rock Program (Sharing, Helping, and Mentoring)

Partnership with Community: Ourselves, Our Schools, Our Community Program

Our Foundation's mission is to foster an alliance with the community to promote academic excellence, high moral character, and leadership skills.

As a member of the Class of '89 you are a member of the Full Circle Foundation.  As we move forward into the program development stage we will keep you updated.  If you would like to be a part of the design and/or implemetation of the programs that will be offered by our foundation please don't hesitate to come out to the planning and development meetings.
