The mission of the W.H.Spencer High School Alumni Association is to strengthen the bond between W. H.Spencer High School and the Alumni Association.  While developing financial, moral and volunteer support, thereby enabling the institution to accomplish it's greater mission.  William H. Spencer High School National Alumni Association, Inc. exists to promote, aid, encourage and perpetuate the objectives of Spencer High School.
