I remember that I tried to tackle him at football practice.
That was my last time on the football field.
That's when I decided to just play basketball!

Fond memlries of John and I playing football for IC in the 8th grade.  John was a running back.  Very fast and tough.  He went on to play for Watterson and was an exceptional running back.  John was a quiet sort of fellow; never seemed to get upset over things.  Glad to see he had a successul life and a large family.  My prayers go out to his family.  Rest in pease John Snook.

John and I were classmates at Immaculate Conception as well as Watterson. I played fooball with John and he and I were running backs for IC. John was a halfback and I was fullback.I also lived very close to John and we were constant companions in our Clintonville neighborhood. Lots of fond memories of John in the neighborhood, on the gridiron and in school. I was saddened to hear of his passing. Rest in eternal peace John.
