Catherine Ruth Royer was born in Columbus, OH 9/12/1947 and left this world 10/22/2021 in Tampa, FL. Preceded in death by husbands Tony Royer (1995) and Jerry Williams (2013). Survived by sisters, Patricia Forman (Mark), Julianna Carpenter and Margaret Delfino (C.J.); stepchildren, Paul Royer (Karen), Mark Royer (Debbie), Andrea Phaadt (Norm), Renee Kasun (Scott) and Tammy Pratt; numerous nephews, nieces, grandchildren, and grand nephews and nieces. Long-time resident of New Port Richey, FL, leaving many friends including best friend and caretaker, Kathy Fellenz. Arrangements made by Dobies, New Port Richey, FL. No services, per Cathy's request.
Cathy passed away after complications from surgery. She was a loyal friend to Barbara Osborn Bohan and Helen Sherry since their days at Watterson. She will be remembered as the always-smiling, kind, caring person she was - trying to make others feel good. Please remember Cathy in your prayers. Cathy was so friendly and upbeat. I remember her at our first dance, doing the "Bristol Stomp", and other fast dances. She was adorable. My thoughts and prayers are with her family.

I was fortunate to be Cathy and Tony's neighbor in West Worthington. Cathy was a delight. She was cheerful and brave when Tony was so ill. I was honored to give Tony his necessary injections.They were always kind and upbeat despite his terminal illness.Sadly, after Tony passed away, Cathy moved to Florida.
