Shirley Ann Edsell, age 71, passed away Monday, April 17, 2006 at Monterey Care Center.  Retired co-owner of the Paint, Panels and Supplies Co.  Treasurer of Enchanted Acres Civic Association and hospital volunteer.  Active in West High School Alumni.  Survived by Jack E. Edsell, son, Louis (Amy) Edsell of Oshkosh, Wisconsin, daughters, LeeAnne Sparks of Dublin and Amy (Michael)Strapp of Hilliard; grandchildren, Elizabeth and Emily Edsell, Jennifer (Doug) Clay, Matthew and David Strapp; great-granddaughters, Sarah and Erin Clay.  Friends may call at the O. R. WOODYARD CO. CHAPEL, 1346 S. High St., Friday from 5 p.m. until the time of the service at 7:30 p.m.  Dr. William L. Snider officiating
