Wisconsin Academy

The F W Bieber Scholorship Endowment Fund

This gift is presented to Wisconsin Academy as a Quasi Edowment in the amount of $ _________________  

The monies are to be held in trust and the interest is to be used on an annual basis for Student Scholorships.

The controlling body of this Quasi Endowment (The F W Bieber Scholorship Endowment Fund) is the class

members from the classes of 1955 thru 1960 with the signature of any member listed below giving approval.  If

at any time the individuals listed on this form are no longer able to manage the endowment, the K-12 Education 

Board  of the Wisconsin Conference will then be responsible for the management of this account.  

 

At any time, funds may be added to this account by any individual who may so choose.  This endowment shall 

be held in its entirety with only interest being paid out on an annual basis.  It at such time it is deemed

necessary to spend the endowment or a portion of the endowment, approval must first be given by the

representatives of the classes of 1955 thru 1960 listed below and the K-12 Education Board of the Wisconsin

Conference.  All funds will be held in trust by the Wisconsin Conference.
