REGISTRATION is LIVE JULY 20, 2026- SEPTEMBER 20, 2026. The registration fee is $125 per person. Of course you can bring your plus-1!

Your registration includes the PROGRESSIVE WELCOME SPREAD, Charcuterie, wine, beer water etc, and the all night munchies, and Saturday nights buffett at Stateline Brewery, that includes the meal, a cash bar will be available to our group. This is a short walk from the hotels. The welcome event will be spread out in a few  suites, that you will receive another email as we get closer, complete with phone numbers of the planners. After consulting with the Classcreator website where are home page lives, In order to keep the cost down registration will be handled within our class. This has eliminated the percent that Classcreator would keep, and eliminates bank & transaction fees. 

We will be creating a spreadsheet of attendees, that any member can ask and we can send. The procedure will be utilizing Venmo or Paypal. If it is Friends & Family there is no fee. Just use state family or friend reunion. We will of course need your name, and your guest's name to add to the spread sheet. So please include that in the transaction info. 

We went out on a limb and our fanny's are hanging out there as we committed to a minimum of 35. We can go higher of course, and hope we do!

This will be so much fun, and much more laid back and cozy.

Doris aka Dody is the treasurer, she will be collecting and reporting the registrations as they come in. She put the deposit down already and will take care of paying the bills.

Tentative Schedule

Friday October 9^th

Evening social:

Casual early evening social at the Margaritaville Resort. This will be a progressive wine, beer cheese salami charcuterie event out of 2-3 suites. Similar to our 50^th the food, and these beverages will be a part of your registration fee. If you want other liquor choices, BYOB. We will get out room numbers for you, and like most Embassy Suite hotels, there is an open bar area in the atrium. We will get you the suite numbers, no worries, in addition to a few cell phone numbers.

Saturday October 10^th

Breakfast on your own or meet up with friends.

Tips:
Check your hotel booking for a complimentary breakfast or food credit to spend at their restaurants.
Check your hotel and Margaritaville websites for restaurants and their menus.
For your own quick breakfast/snack supply in your room?  Target store nearby.

Free time to visit or explore around the hotels.

Cruise time is 12:00 noon, runs approx. 2-3 hours and cost is $104 per person

Saturday Evening Social: At The Stateline Brewery Restaurant location. This is a very short walk from the hotels. There will be a fun Mexican Buffett for us in our own room, and with a No Host bar.  Plus Birthday fun! Your buffett cost will be the other part of your registration.

The South Tahoe Airporter provides transportation from the Reno Airport to South Lake Tahoe. Reservations can be made on their website.

Round trip tickets are $59 for adults.  They stop at Margaritaville and Harrah’s.

Shuttle Service & Parking

Complimentary shuttle transportation is offered from select local Lake Tahoe areas. You will have the opportunity to opt-in for this shuttle service during the online booking process.

There is a nominal transportation fee for groups of 20 or more. Limited on-site parking is also available. $12  Shuttle reservations must be made at least two hours before your tour.
