Hello Robinsoneros!

Welcome to our new website and thank you for providing your contact information.  Since this is a brand new website, we are slowly learning all of it's features and constantly adding 1977 classmates as well as other school mates from our 1970's era.  As you all know by now, the event/reunion date is 9-11 June, 2023 in Orlando, Florida.  We are in the process of checking out several Airbnb properties in the Orlando area in order to select one that will accommodate our event as well as house some of you that want to stay at the selected property.  The idea is to give options for accommodations.  Some of you may opt to stay at local hotels and drive to the venue each day or be able to share a room with another classmate at the Airbnb property at a lesser cost per night.  Since we are only going to be able to meet during a regular two day weekend, we envision that most of you will travel on Friday evening (June 9, 2023) and meet & greet at the selected property that evening.  Our intent is to cater dinner for that first evening (more information to follow on menu and cost per person).  The next day, Saturday (June 10, 2023) is when we get to spend a whole day together mingling and participating in different group activities about our 1970's Robinson School memories (more to follow).  We intend to have a Chef prepare a large paella for dinner on site that evening (again more information and cost per person to follow).  Sunday (June 11, 2023) we will close at the property with a breakfast since we know that most of you will be traveling back home in the afternoon.  There are still many details to plan and we ask your cooperation in promptly submitting responses back to us so that we can have a good idea of how many of you and significant other may be attending that weekend.  We would like to make this event as fun and memorable as possible.  This could very well be the last time that we can all get together since you all know how difficult it is to motivate a large group to find the time and resources to meet for an event like this.  I hope that you all are as excited as we are to see old friends again and be able to catch up with what's going on with our lives after High School. So, welcome to the new website and we hope to see all of you in June 2023.
