We don't want anyone to miss the fun due to financial limitations. Also, if you would like to donate funds to sponsor a classmate who may not be able to attend because of financial hardship, please click to donate here.
For classmates who registered prior to 5/28/16, thank you for your cooperation in postponing our event so that more classmates can attend. The revised cost is based on 75 attendees, original budget was based on 125 people. If you purchased tickets to the picnic, those funds will be applied to the revised ticket price. If you paid in excess of $30 per person, those funds will be refunded to you.
By purchasing tickets for this event, you acknowledge that the organizers of this event are volunteers and that you assume risk of harm or injury which may occur as a result of participating. You hereby release all volunteers, officers, employees, or agents from any liability, costs and damages resulting from participation.
