Event Schedule:         

  • 8/02 P.M. - Welcome Back Happy Hour, Secret Location
  • 8/03 A.M. - Family Day at Hilton Pool & Beach [Casual atmosphere; Free to attend]
  • 8/03 P.M. - Reunion Gala

Event Pricing:              

$130 Saturday Night Gala only or $140 for Fri/Sat  [Prices are per person]

Payment Deadlines:
1st 25% is due before 4/1,
2nd 25% is due before 5/1,
3rd 25% is due before 6/1, 
Final Payment is due before 7/1.

**If you pay 100% by 5/1 you will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win your money back. The drawing will occur on Saturday night at the Reunion Gala.**

Note:
1) We were able to keep the costs down (pretty darn close to 20-Year Reunion costs) by not using a Reunion Management company. 
2) Because we are not using a Reunion Management company we need your help with early registration and payment. We also need you to promote this to any and ALL classmates you still keep in touch with.
3) We will use this class website to help plan and for registration purposes so please update your info and share this website. 
4) Prices will increase 10% on 5/1.

Room Info:                   

We have secured a room block for this weekend. The room rate is $159 (+ taxes and resort fees). The regular rate is $289 so you will definitely want to book with our room block.
