Comments:

Since 1990 . . . I went to college at BCC and then to FAU and graduated with a degree in English and started subbing at schools around the area. I took a few classes in education and started teaching middle school a year later. I ran into Dave and found out we had ton in common! I loved being around him, laughing, just hanging out! It felt right!!

He proposed on July 4th 1996 and we were married a year later in August of '97. I continued teaching middle school and in 2000 I got pregnant. I stopped teaching in 2001 to stay at home with Jackie.

Three years later, I had my second baby, Emma! Both girls are absolutely the best! They are amazing! I've enjoyed the past 7 years soooo much, but soon I'll return in some way to the classroom!

We live locally and still love the Pines! It's a bit different from when we grew up. Both good and bad. For the time being we're still here and happy to see all of the other CCHS classmates that are here, too! :-) Thanks to FB and Kelly, Suzanne and the others who've gotten us all together! You guys are great . . .love you for that (it's nice to reconnect with such great, happy, fun people).

School Story:

Well, I have a lot of memories of CCHS and everyone. We had a great class and I'm proud to be a "Cowboy". My happiest memories are of all the football games we went to. Those were a lot of fun (always exciting)! Sleepovers, parties, my close friends and meeting tons of new friends made my memories what they are. I was really sad when I found out that CCHS will be torn down soon. I'll never forget the time Amy walked into the stairwell midway through a conversation we were having. I was talking to her and then I wasn't. She smacked her head so hard against the main stairwell and it left quite a mark! We laughed and laughed and I still laugh when I think about it. You had to be there . . . it was truly very funny! When CCHS is torn down I won't be able to look at that stairwell and think about that moment when I drive by. :-(!
