Chris was one of the closest friends I will ever have. We were in frequent contact until his untimely death November 2007. He was a good person and a very good family man. As a young man Chris was a Coral Gables Police Officer and later became an Air Traffic Controller until his death. Chris was a talented man and built his own home as a contractor on eighty acres he and Hallie bought in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Chris was a big, strong and rugged man with a poet's heart. He often wrote poems to his wife. I sometimes would catch him drawing very good pictures as he also was artistically gifted.
