Took time off from the corporate madness after an illness of overworking and major depression, after summer with my son, I went to work as a preschool teacher at Country Home from 9/09 to 12/09. Also started my own pastry business in 11/09 called Pastries by Lilly, where I became a part of an organization called Circle of Influence in San Antonio. I service many companies, politicians and many beautiful parents and children. My company is still going strong in my new home town and I deliver anywhere and to anyone. Everything from cookies to wedding cakes and anything you can dream up, I can create. However, my absolute passion, I have been working on since Ms. Blair in 2nd grade, I love to sing and play instruments. Ms. Blair (Blanche Moore) and Mr. Jones (King HS) are my inspiration. However, Ms. Barker (King HS) and Ms. Chapa (Blanche Moore) made me work hardest since they were the two teachers in all of my schooling that were so unhappy to be teachers...I love my life, my family, my friends and my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Through him all things are possible, and I would not be here if it were not for him, my family and the love of strangers...Lydia Ann Esther Gonzalez Villarreal

School Story:

I absolutely cannot forget English with Ms. Farkhar, every movie we got to see, she would announce no drinks or food. And every movie day all you would hear is all the coke cans and chips opening...The taunting to this poor teacher by Albert Valverde, Jason Guzman and many others was the best part of the day, because she fought back. If I had a nickel for every time she tried to send someone to the principles office, I would have been rich a long time ago...Lilly
