I begin my career in 1991 working for the federal Government with the National Park Service and now U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service. I travel across the country coordinating efforts with other federal, state and local resoures during natural disasters such as wildfires, hurricanes, floods and terrorist attacks affecting Amercian soil. My position as a Emergency Response Coordinator allows me the freedom to work from home, however, during disaster recovery I usually travel unless I am able to handle the workload from home.
