We are sad to hear of the passing of a classmate and a friend.  I attended school with Louis from Sam Houston Elementary through W B Ray and he was a well liked and respected individual.  He was also very involved with the US Census Bureau.  He attended several reunions with our classmates and rekindled old friendships.  Several classmates shared emails with Louis and some bought his book.

He and other classmates were on our debate team.  They represented W B Ray in Debate contests in high school.   We will all miss him.
