Along with spending time with my kids and grandkids, I have become passionate about travelling and helping people. My travels have taken me to Ghana, Mexico, Guatemala, and England. Most of the trips are service oriented, doing things like building houses, birthing clinics, and libraries. Although not a foreign country, my experience at the Pine Ridge Reservation was such an eye opener! Truly a third world country right at our doorstep. I have Vietnam and Nova Scotia in the sights next! One of my favorite places in the world is Jost Van Dyke, in the British Virgin Islands. It is a very small island with not much to do but rest, relax, and restore.
