Chris was a great guy with a sense of humor that was very unique to say the least; with a quick wit that usually made him the "life of a party" on any number of occaisions. I missed seeing him at our 45th reunion and I was hoping to see him at a pending houseboat trip on Lake Mead in the autumn of 2011. Appreciate your buddies, love your family and close friends every day and don't put off telling others how you care and feel about them - sometimes, there are "no tomorrows". Chris, you are missed .....

Chris gave me many many laughs and got me into more trouble more times for laughing then I can count.  He was always pulling something.  He was truly a great guy and my thoughts are with his family.  I know he will be missed by all who knew him.

Chris and I were in senior English together and we just seemed to get into trouble all the time.  Of course, senior year, we had 4 different teachers.  By the end of the year Chris and I talked about getting kicked out so we wouldn't have to listen to the "stupidity" of our teacher.  So, we managed to get kicked out.  I ended up helping Mr. Wolf and everyone in the principal's office.  I'm not sure what Chris ended up doing, but I know we had a great time and he made me laugh a lot.  He will be missed.  My deepest sympathy to his family and friends.  You will be in my thoughts and prayers.

Study hall 1963: unknown to me, Chris Hobson goes over to Jim Coss, ultimate bad guy greaser, and says to Coss: "Graham says he's going to kick the s.... out of you". Then Hobson, yells over to me, "Hey Graham". I look over to Hobson who is standing behind Coss and making faces at me. I laugh at Hobson, Coss thinks I'm laughing at him, with the look of "I'm going to kill you".From then on I was constantly in fear of running into Coss. Hobson was the ulitimate setup man. What a character.
