Don passed away in Crystal Lake on Feb. 14, 2011. Per the obituary, he enjoyed fishing, boating and spending time with his family.
Don is survived by his twin sons, Joshua (Debra) Pratt and Jason (Karen) Pratt, two grandsons, Nicholas and Brandon, two sisters, Virginia (Tom) Hott and Cassandra L Gray, two nieces, a nephew and three great-nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Don was a gentle giant. Kind, considerate, thoughtful and caring might be some words used to describe Don. To a fallen comrade Don will most certainly be missed.

I remember Don from Grade school as well as High school as one of my classmates and a good guy. He was someone you could count on.
