Terry Michael Guffa, 63, passed away on May 19th, 2015 at Lund Family Hospice Home in Gilbert, Arizona. He was born on August, 16th, 1951 in Chicago, Illinois to Emil Guffa and Charlotte Hanchey Guffa.

Terry grew up in Lake In The Hills, Illinois. He graduated from Crystal Lake Central High School in Crystal Lake, Illinois in 1969. After high school he went to Western Illinois University.

He worked at Little City in Palatine Illinois for 22 years, helping special needs individuals.

Terry moved to Arizona in 1997 and in 2000 went to work for Safeway, where he worked for 12 years before retiring.

He was preceded in death by his father Emil and mother Charlotte, grandparents John and Katherine Guffa and James and Anna Ellsworth and brother-in-law Dennis Ruckoldt.

Terry is survived by his sister Charmaine Ruckoldt, niece Erin Ruckoldt and nephew Lucas Ruckoldt of Hebron, Illinois. Sister Charlene Guffa and nephew Jeremiah Cooper of Chandler, Arizona. Brother John Guffa of Mesa, Arizona.
