Do you still have family that live around Crystal Lake?

Yes brothers and sisters, living within 60 miles of C.L. My mother Winifred lives in Chicago as well.

How often do you get back to Crystal Lake?

Every day

Would you ever move back to the Crystal Lake area?

I think about it 24/7.

What got you into the kind of work you are or were doing?

I started working for the "firm" shortly after attending Loyola University briefly and am celebrating my 32 nd year as a Senior Postal Employee

What did you do immediately following high school?

Attended Loyola University ( Chicago Lake Shore campus) briefly, then married Katrina Nies in June, 1971

What do you see yourself doing in 2029?

Semi retired and living alternately between Crystal Lake and Fremont ,WI ( our vacation home), fishing , bird watching and portraying older character parts for local theatre organizations.

How long have you been married?

nearly 38 years

What do you like to do in your spare time?

I have over the years been an avid Chicago Cubs AND White Sox fan. I have also been a baseball coach on and off for many years.
Additionally, I have had a rewarding and successful career as a character actor in many area community theatre productions, most notably as Ebenezar Scrooge in A CHRISTMAS CAROL, and Henry Higgins in MY FAIR LADY.

Places you want to visit but have not yet done so?

The Baseball Hall of Fame Museum in upstate New York.

What would we be surprised to know about you?

I am a cancer survivor of 8 years.
