Char passed away Monday evening, February 18, 2013 from cancer. Char had been living in Virginia Beach, Virginia for the past 30 years and is remembered by classmates as having a beautiful smile and a dispostion to match.
Char served as an Administrative Assistant in the area of safety for a company that provides craft labor to nuclear power companies.
