Are you kidding me with these pictures!?! I cannot believe all of these great profiles. Fun to see what everyone has been upto...

I did the college thing after graduation. Started at Illinois College for a year, moved back home and commuted to NIU for a semester and then off to MCC for a couple of semesters. 15 years later, I am finally deciding on a major so that I can get back to school and get my degree. Perhaps I am finally growing up? Well, don't be so sure about that. Haha.

I was lured into Retail management at the end of my school days. While fun for awhile, the hours and weekend working took its toll. Not to mention my whole paycheck was going back to pay the credit card they sucked me into getting by offering up these great discounts at the store. Not quite sure where to go, I took a little stint at a temp agency which landed me working for a small lighting supplier. Over 10 years later, I'm still in the industry although I am working for a much bigger manufacturer. Tastefully illuminating the world, one light fixture at a time. The facility I work at now is one I hope to be at for a long time. They are like a second family.

How the heck did I end up in Central Indiana you may ask? That's like 3 chapters worth of writing, but I will try to be brief. I thought I was going to transition into another career, but found it did not quite live up to my expectations. I had transferred down within the company that I have worked at for the last 7 years. Thankfully the new facility has worked out wonderfully. I still get to come up to Chicago once a month for work and of course visit friends and family. Indianapolis is a great town. Better cost of living and I only have a 10 minute commute to and from work. Aiming to finally buy my own place in a year or two. We'll see if I can handle that much responsibility!

What else have I been upto? I love to cook and keep up with my Chicago sports teams. I have signed up for my second half marathon after successfully finishing my first marathon in '07. And, I am proud to say that I have successfully kept a house plant alive for over a year and a half. Love to travel. As soon as these credit cards are paid off, I hope to do a lot more.

All the fun we had performing in choir, Vocal Jazz, Madrigals, and the plays and musicals. Cheering on the volleyball team at State. Not doing homework. Wearing my mom's freakin dress for Halloween my Freshman year; I still can't believe I did that. Makes my Senior picture seem not so bad.
