Charlie sat next to me at graduation. He shared a secret with me and no one else knew. He was so excited because he was walking that stage to get his diploma and he was actually 1 hour short of graduation credits and administration had not caught it. Charlie was always quiet but he always had that smile that went directly to your heart. He was one of the good guys!
Linda Gordon (Pledger)
Charlie was a sweet heart. I remember hearing that he had died and I couldn't believe it. That is when the war became real to me. Hard to believe he has been gone so long.
