I just won another AWARD from IAOTP (Wall street in NY)- I won a trip to Las Vegas for their Gala in December - Was Voted "Author of the Year". I was invited to New York and over 60 radio & TV are going to interview me this year. MeMom & Friends Gardening Tips book is my latest book - this is the first in a series of 6. "The Guilt Syndrome / Caring For the Caregiver" will be out in August. I am speaking to groups about my new book "You Have to LAUGH to Keep from CRYING / How to Parent Your Parents. My book launch will be in mid March. I became a Master Gardener. Love speaking on Gardening subjects. Member of Wise County Area Business Women's Association. (Past President) Friends of the Decatur Library. Speaking several time a week in the Senior Health Industry. Just graduated from the National Speakers Academy and will be receiving my Professional Speakers Certification Soon. I am now a host on INDIE BEACON RADIO.

My favorite story than not many people know.

My Senior prom date became engaged the week before prom, so both the future bride and future groom went to prom with their original dates. After the prom there was a party at the future grooms house. I met his brother, who graduated the year before and we dated all summer, before I went off to Stephen F. Austin for college. Not mentioning any names cause they are still married and very happy.
