Gone away too soon

Our deepest sadness abounds

A bright light dim now

Met Billy in 5th grade. Best President Kennedy impersonator I ever heard.  It's been awhile since I chatted with your sister Donna.  I promised her that your classmates will always remember you. Rest in peace my friend.

Oscar night was always special for Billy Foster   When we were roomies in Austin after high school, he would ready the popcorn, and enjoy every moment.
Bill was likely to have seen all the films nominated and was pretty good at predicting the winners. He's sadly missed, especially tonight

Billy and I grew up together and he became the "social director"for a group of us wild and crazy guys at Hillcrest. We stayed in touch until his passing, He continued to lead a wild and crazy life and burnt the candle at both ends. He was an intllectual marvel who was an early computer genius. He was a loyal and exceptional friend.

Billie and I lived together with two other friends while freshman at UT Austin. It was a year of many changes, especially for Bill. He was one of my best friends and a very special person.
