Sorry to hear about John. I have known John since the 2nd grade at G. B. Dealey Elamentry school. We were best friends always doing something together. We were in the same cube scout troup at Dealey and continued on into the same Boy Scout Troup, Troup 800 at Northaven Methodest Church. John always made the best science projects for the school science fair each year. In 7th grade he made the neatest robot that won 1st place. John had the neatest parents as well as His brother David and sister Fathann. They had a game room with a pool table that we spent many an hour playing pool. There was always a bunch of us from our classmates to his brother Davids classmates playing pool or shooting darts till late into the evening. His dad would always let us stay late but then would come in and say time to leave. John had a swimming pool in his back yard and we spent many an hour swimming and listening to the Beach Boys. I learned to scuba dive in Johns pool. We use to ride around together on Johns motorcycle and we use to sneak into the new buildings being built for the then Preston Forest Shopping Center. John played football with me as well as being on the track team at Franklin. John was a good friend, he will be missed.
