I met Joe in 5th grade. Years later I ran into Joe at the interior decorating center in Dallas. I had started my custom home business and took my clients there for interior selections. Joe was great with my customers and always fun to be around. Joe and his brother, John, were always kind, fun and respectful gentlemen. Rest in peace my friend.
Joe was an important person in my life. He helped me expand and understand creativity and open-mindedness. Joe was my room mate at North texas State University. We both majored in Fine Art. It was 1967-68. The world was exploding and we exploded right along with it. Loved the time with Joe. He taught me quite a lot. Last time I saw him, I was a Cokeman and he was Merchandising at Dallas Downtown Nieman Marcus. I miss Joe.
