I attended Auburn University in Alabama and majored in Radio, Television, Film and minored in Journalism. I worked for a radio station in Nashville after graduation and was a freelancer writer for magazines and newspapers. Then I worked in public relations for authors at a large publishing company in Nashville for almost a decade and met my husband while traveling to beautiful Colorado, where we got married and have lived for the last 5 years. For the last 4 years, I've had my own agency helping authors get their books published and marketing their books to the public, mainly through national media opportunities. I feel very blessed to have the family, friends, and career that I have.
