                     Reunion Schedule - October 2nd & 3rd, 2009

EVERYONE NEEDS TO FILL OUT THE REUNION REGISTRATION FORM IF YOU PLAN TO ATTEND!!! BUY YOUR TICKETS ONLINE OR MAIL TO THE PO BOX.....SEE BELOW!!

Friday, October 2nd

  • 1:00 p.m. Meet in the parking lot at DHS to decorate the float for the parade.
  • 2:15 p.m. DHS Pep Rally- Gather on DHS Gym Floor- we have reserved seating-we will be the honored class. We will have T-shirts for everyone with reservations for the reunion party on Saturday.
  • 4:00 p.m. Homecoming Parade - we will ride together on our float
  • PARKING: The high school is doing construction and parking is limited. Please carpool.
  • 5:00 p.m.- Pregame Tailgate Party- Harmon Field- sponsored by the DHS Quarterback Club for the Community - great family atmosphere with food and activites for a small per person admission fee. 
  • 7:30 p.m.- Game Time - you will need to purchase a general admission ticket at the gate, but we will have reserved seating for our group.

 POST GAME GATHERING - We will have an after game gathering at the Planet of the Grapes in downtown dalton. They have agreed to stay open till midnight for us.

Saturday, October 3rd

Family Picnic - 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. 

We will have a Family Picnic at Dug Gap Elementary School - 2 playgrounds, pavillion, lots of grass, plenty of parking  -  be prepared to bring your own lunch, blanket and/or chairs.

Group Photo - 7:30 p.m. SHARP

We will be taking our group photo at 7:30p.m. If you arrive late you will miss the picture!! The photo will be available for sale and the price includes shipping. The prices are: 5X7 is $13 and 8X10 is $17.
 
→ Professional Event Photos: Our photographer will be taking candid photos during the event as well a couples photos if requested. All photos will be edited and copied to a DVD which will be available for a reasonable charge.
 
Share Your Reunion Photos: Please bring your camera to all scheduled events during the reunion. We will add a link to the website where you can upload your photos to share with our class. You will also be able to download photos shared by your friends.

Memorabillia Table: We will have a memorbillia table set up if you would like to share your memories. Bring any items that you want to display.

This one is weird. We will only get a special rate if we meet a 5 room minimum.
The special rate is $84 for King or Double rooms and $91 for a Suite.
If we do not meet the min. for special rate, the normal rates are

Reunion Cost: Please know that the cost of the reunion was carefully considered and was kept as low as possible.
  • The price for each ticket is $45 per person and includes all functions.
  • Please purchase your ticket before September 15, 2009. This will help us get a head count for food, etc.
  • Tickets at the door will be: $55 per person. CASH ONLY!!

A donation will be made to the foundation in the names of our deceased classmates: Kristy Carroll, Rebecca Clark, Lynn Cooper, Corey DeLoach, Errod Lawton, Carter McCamy, and Andy Trevitt.
