I saw a show on Dateline about unclaimed money. I've seen other sites that charge a fee to retrieve your unclaimed money, but this should all be free. Scroll down to the different states.

So far I've found around $3,000 for friends and family. I found some for my NY relatives, but it doesn't say how much is unclaimed.
