After finishing college, I worked for the US State Department in Russia and Kazakhstan in the early 1990's. I then joined a large US bank and worked throughout eastern and western Europe and Asia. In 1998 I moved back to New York and worked on Wall Street for two years. In 2000, I received my MBA from the University of Southern California and worked in the technology industry in Portland, OR, for five years before pursuing Master's Degree in Teaching here in Portland. I am now teaching middle school in Beaverton, OR.
Married to my beautiful and absolutely hilarious wife, Esther, a Canadian from Alberta, in 2006. Enjoy backpacking, skiing, running, and biking, as well as Taekwondo.
