     Thanks for everyone’s input during the reunion. Some tough questions to answer on the fly, but hopefully, we received a good cross section of the class with 38 surveys returned.  For the sake of space, many responses have been generally grouped.

Your best decade: 30’s-9  20s, 40’s n 60’s at 6 each,  “all” distant 5^that 3

Your worst decade: 20’s-10, teens-7, 50s-6, 40s and “none” at 4

 

Newlywed advice: Communicate-5, friendship, “don’t”, listen -4,  other replies:

    compromise, send 6 months a yr apart, keep low expectations, live together 1^st, 

    laugh, teamwork, forgive, respect, honesty, 

 

Your greatest success:  children- 19, family/relationships-6, career-3, surviving 

    cancer-3, adopting, foster kids, sponsoring refugees, founding Bells of Cascades,

 

Bucket List: retirement, Pulitzer prize, “ice n whiskey”, pay off mortgage, marriage,

            Get organized, never fill our a form, never write the same sentence twice,

            Skydive, sailplane, balloon fest

            TRAVEL: not specific-7, USA-8, Asia-6, Europe-6, Moon, hike Patagonia loop,

            Northern lights in Ireland, Africa-3, Dubai, ocean voyages, live abroad

 

Career choice where you thought it’d be?   NO-20, YES-15,  both-3

 

Political leaning? Class avg.  5.56  1=very liberal and 10 =very conservative 

 4 - socially liberal/ fiscally conservative,  5 had 7votes, 

1,2,6,8 had 4 votes,   9,10 had 3 each,    4 had 2,  and    3,7 had one each, 

You math wiz people can crunch the numbers .

 

Hobbies: travel, music-7,  cooking, reading, home projects,-4,  sailing-3, athletics-13,

(everything from tennis, stand up paddleboarding, skiing, wedgies n sex) crafts-5, writing/poetry-3, bee keeping, art, solar , arborist, smoke pot, fishing, movies, gardening, farming, gambling, nature.

 

What do you do that would surprise you H.S. self?  Still alive-5, nothing-3, didn’t pursue dream, living arrangements, not married-3, happily married-2, not shy, career choices-3, I’m fat, family scattered, appreciate education,  well travelled,

great spouse/parent, piano skills,  3 divorces,  I teach M.S.-2,
