Norman Cary

Graduated from Davidson 1970, MA University of Georgia 1972, Ph.D University of Georgia 1980, in history. Married Marna Rice in 1972. Worked as senior museum curator for the US Army in Washington, DC 1974--1985; the same for the US Navy 1985--2003. Retired in 2003. Play the tuba and euphonium in three different bands and have sung bass in church choir. Do 16th century military reenactment and play the tuba at renaissance faires; on cast at the Maryland and Virginia Renaissance Faires. I also clean out estates part time. Lived in Hyattsville, MD, 1974--2014. In February of 2014 we moved to Rockville, MD.
