I get pissed off when people don't vote and then complain. Your voice may not be saying what mine is but I still want to hear you. Nothing like politics and religion to heat up a discussion...

Ok I try to keep this short...It was all over Stidham. One of my neighborhood "frienmies" started dating him & was hiding it from me! She basicly called me...finally told me, then led into the "if you wanna fight me, I'll understand"...I was heartbroken, she was suppose to be my friend...I answered "No I don't want to fight you, but why would you date him if you knew it would hurt me"...She started laughing and said cuz he's kinda cute & has money. Well I hung up & cried...then thought this girl started off being the older neighbor from the block over that use to bully me off her block, when my BF lived 2 houses aways. Then the whole childhood misery of her bullying got to me...so I called the BF that was neighbors w/her & told her to tell the bitch...That I's be at the BF's house after school, that she wasn't chasing me off the block anymore!

Now here's where I'll shorten the story...She never showed up, Marc did...we threathen each other...nothing came out of that.

A week later, mind you I was living in Lincoln Park using DH address at this time...someone called my house saying they were DH police & that there was a warrent for my arrest for threatening & harrassing phone calls. I said yeah right & hung up on them. Called back, it was real. This frienemy had made up some elaborate story of me wanting to cut her up into little pieces & feed her blood to her baby.

All said & done they were going to try me as an adult, which the offense was a federal offense. The dectective who seen me...I impressed...I got finger printed, but released on personal bond for turning myself in. Later the bitch dropped all the charges & I had it all egsponged (spelt wrong).

Why thank you Shannon. I agree totally. I love a good debate, but that usually because I am always right...ROFL
But as a social worker...I do totally try to keep the bias guarded.

But honestly this election has scared me. I've seen people attack each other, tell them not to vote...it's been pretty sad...and that just the politicans...LOL Seriously it has gotten out of control the mud slinging.

Shannon Krych (Hofer) why are girls so mean to other girls? i had mostly guy friends in school. i remember i got called to the office in elementary because i was playing football with the guys and my teacher didnt think is was right....

Shannon I ask myself that quit often. Females can be so damn evil, & cold. I usually always get along w/guys before gals. We belong to an evil gender...I say admitting to your faults, trying to keep them in check is half the battle of getting over these traits! I like to gossip w/the best of them, but keep it REAL, be concerned for others feeling, don't say anything your not willing to say to their face, & think about the others it might affect as well.

At one point someone told me my biggest fault was trying to make peace...thinking that people were able to be reasonable. What a terrible revoulation that was.

Shannon Krych (Hofer) I told my daughter to think this one question when she is tested. What are they going to do ... take your birthday away? I didn't help my daughter by naming her Michal ( pronounced Michael) and she skipped a grade. I know somewhere down the line, it will be my fault.

Ok Ron you got me thinking...I have a story of drug use. Me & a former classmate started playing w/the drugs in the cabinet. We would take the capsules apart & see how they were to snort! Remember that drug contac..the capsule had little balls in them. They really hurt! Needless to say...I never was impressed w/snorting anything after that (only did coke once on a dare)...yes I was a retard!
Anyhow...we had a male friend that showed up while we were snorting this shit...he begged us to share...so we went w/it...he ended up trading us a bag of weed (real stuff) for a BIG bag of coke (daycare capsule contexts). Anyhow I voted!

April, you're too funny. I can't believe you snorted contac! :) I remember doing a lot of whipits. I don't even want to think about the amount of brain cells I destroyed! And I remember only being able to buy them at a sex toys store on MI Ave.!

There was this liquor store on Vanborn that never checked ID - can't remember the name, but I drank a lot of Mad Dog from that place! It's amazing we even lived to tell all these tales and those were relatively innocent times! I would be so strict if I had kids - I remember way too much not to be!

In regards to Strip Clubs....The Landing strip is better due to the airport and corporate executives attending to help sell clients with business plans etc.. The Atlantis is a run down totally nude club with most likely tainted women that should never be touched I might add.

However, the better clubs are the totally nude Deja Vu due to the college women but I am married and don't attend anymore! My past experiences only people and I would add Canadian strip clubs for total nudity and alcohol but again I am married and under strict orders not to attend anymore.

Now see I can't drink anything sweet anymore...alcohol wise. I have to many getting sick memories. It's beer, or tequila for me.

Ron to funny...Alantis was definately a CULTURAL experience for me. It makes for good laughs. I tease my hubby w/saying we need to go to Danny together...I hear they have both floors going w/one being designated for men, the other for women...I'll travel back & forth...No shame in my game.

Cara, Shannon...I ask myself daily...how did I survive! I know I count my blessing daily. Through my drunk, druggy, slut days...the worst thing that happen was a little itch I picked up at Harpo's...never will sit on a toilet again.
