Hooker, yes Mark strange dude, in fact I think he is still a bus boy at Silkys. Hey milk people!!! We here in Canton still have the Schwann man who delivers milk to your house. I have never taken advantage but he is here. I have also seen guys with a full truck of beef trying to unload it in our neighborhood... Tracey that is where your mad cow will come from... FYI MRI on Monday pray no shoulder surgery...

What was the place on Van Born that had the Giant Cow? I remember trying to steal it with my brothers mustang. Had it up on wheels but had to leave in a hurry. We decided to get Ronald Mcdonald from the playland instead and put him ontop of the school

Cool, let me know how the MRI turns out. Pay attention to what they tell you so you can tell me!

Bill-that was Sexton's Ice Cream I believe. We have the Schwan's man too. No milk though. My son calls it the duck truck. I hope no surgery for you. I had my right should reconstructed twice. Did my first rehab with Steve Eiserman from the Red Wings. We had the same Dr.

Tracey Ulrich (Dawson)

Shannon, what is with that horse in the photo you posted??

01/08/09 05:53 PM #1725

Tracey Ulrich (Dawson)

Bill, don't let them cut on you until we talk. Maybe you can try some therepy before hand. Have the surgery as a last resort.

Bill: Tracy wants to give a 'rub'. We also spoke about the cow; and your brother stealing it and Ronald McDonald; etc, etc, about 4 weeks ago. If you had no life, like me, you would have read about it.

The horse? Unfortunately, I can relate.

That horse has five legs.

We go to Corolla, NC every summer and there is a wild horse preserve close by so they do end up on the beach from time to time. When my husband took the photo, no one noticed how happy this horse was on this day to have his picture taken... I wanted to use it as our Christmas Card photo. LOL

Robert- High Ho Silver!!!

Robert, you're a hoot that's what you are!

01/08/09 08:23 PM #1730

April Passen (Ochman)

Ok so now we know Robert is overly clean & overly hung! Anything else we should know before we all start having day dreams about you?

01/08/09 08:28 PM #1731

April Passen (Ochman)

Ok we got a Schwan's guy in my hood too, but I don't think he does milk service? I know everyone brags about their ice cream. I keep saying I want to order some meat from him, but I have not got up the nerve.

Bill my prayers are with you, good luck with the MRI!

April-Schwan's is really good stuff. Pricey but good. When I worked full time, my family ate off the duck truck. They have a pot roast to die for-put it in a crock pot and your done... God created Schwan's for full time working Mom's...LOL

01/08/09 09:50 PM #1733

April Passen (Ochman)

The Roast is exactly what I was wanting!

You guys, the knife man still comes around once in a great while, did not see him this last summer though! You know Dearborn Heights has an ordinace they decided to enforce (after years of having it, wish they would enforce the ones that matter, like having cars on blocks for years and couches for lawn furniture and pit bulls wandering around, jumping my fence and going after my pups and kids, don't get me started) Anyway, the ice cream trucks cannot have music any longer, they can only ring bells and the bells cannot be recorded or attached on the trucks, they are supposed to ring them by hand! We did not see many ice cream trucks this last summer, my kids were bummed, we had the best ice cream guy, he always gave the kids free ice cream and when it was not free, he knocked the price in half and at the end of the year he would just give you tons of ice cream! He was a very nice man. He always turned around so the kids never had to cross the road, he did this for all the kids! I will let the knife man know you all you miss him and are hoping he will come to your neighborhoods soon!

THE KNIFE GUY IS STILL ALIVE!!!!!

Must be all that walking he does. Must be that he is Asian and eats an Asian diet. Must be his son!

I suspect Tom Titus is lurking! Tom, How you doin'? Your fiance is hot. You look good together. Wedding in May?

Good morning everyone.

I'm listening to Black Sabbath, and absolutely love War Pigs, The Wizard, NIB, and Fairies Wear Boots.

Thank you Zain, Plonka, and Yamine for introducing me to the majesty of metal on the last day of school in 1980.

Tara: I love your 'knife man' update.

Remember watching Mr Miyagi in Karate Kid and thinking he was old and wise? Then they created a second Karate Kid and we find out Miyagi-san has a father in Japan who is even older and dying.

I rest my case in the Knife-Sharpening Cart Wielding Dude.

I have never seen Karate Kid. The plot seems way too complicated.

Robert, go out and rent it tonight. It's very "80's. Then report back on what you think of it.

I'm listening to Kansas-Leftoverture and I have it up so loud all the pets have run for cover.

Husband is gone to work and I just dropped the kids at school. Crank up the tunes and eat my poptart (organic w/real fruit of course).

I wish I was there! We could put the Boston album on the turntable and rock out/dance to More Than A Feeling.

Tracey Ulrich (Dawson)

I have the hard-drive,which contains thousands of albums, hooked up to the speakers which are hard wired in the ceiling of both the living room and the kitchen/sun room so you can hear the music where ever you are in the house.

When no one is around to tell you to turn it down is best part!

We could be here all day listening. One New Years Eve that is precisly what my brother and I did.

"Once I rose above the noise and confusion, just to get a glimpse beyond this allusion."

This song has everything, mellow bits, guitar riffs, drums, even accapella and superb lyrics.

Robert, listen to Boston- Foreplay Long Time. I forgot about the cool intro.
