2/24/2019 I have worked as a nurse in various settings and now am the clinician in a Child and Adolescent Health Center - Ironmen Health Center - in Mancelona MI. I see people from 5 - 21 years of age and love the work! I think about my high school days often. Among other things, I am in the classroom teaching comprehensive sex education across grades 4 - 12. This keeps my in touch with my high school self (through my filter of years of maturity and without the actual agnst of a teen). End goal: healthy relationships for all!
I love living in northern Michigan! I used an umbrella this morning going to church because it was raining and by midnight there was 10” of snow on my deck! Of course I don’t need to tell any of you how fabulous it is here in the summer!
My kids are happy and healthy!
I retired in 7/2021 and am enjoying my time freedom! I am currently at Daytona Beach soaking up the surf - NOT the sun! Still

I loved being in the school plays. I am thankful for all the opportunities we had. Graduating classes where I live number in the 40 - 120 range, very small. I remember sitting at graduation and looking across those 600 kids and thinking, “I have never seen some of these kids before!”
