Deepest sympathies to Tom's beloved wife, Joanna, and their sons. Tom lost his battle with cancer on 9/25/2017. Tom was truly a great guy. He will be missed.
I understand he was diagnosed only a year ago. Don't have any other details. I'm in shock too. So glad you had that time with him. He was so supportive during all the work to put together the 40th reunion ... called me now and again with encouragement ... and lifted my spirits every time. Such a special soul.

Although i got to know Tommy better these last few years, he was a tremendous help when i needed to find classmates and information during the planning of the reunion. He was always willing to do some research and never questioned if i needed anything more. He was a really great guy and until his stroke he was an envy to anyone who saw his biceps at 50-something. Once he had health difficulties he fought like hell and worked hard to better himself. I give him much credit for overcoming his hurdles and will miss him at Spiders annual reunions!
