Rest in peace, my dear friend.

I will miss you and your "message traffic."

Besos y Abrazos.

...Two roads diverged in a wood, and I –

I took the one less traveled by,

And that has made all the difference.

It's always sad to hear about a fellow classmate who has passed much too early in life.  Although Gunner wasn't in my inner circle of friends in high school I had the opportunity to speak with him when working on the reunion.  I'm proud to have known a man who gave so much to his country.  His efforts to protect were valient and we couldn't ask to have a better representative for our class of 73.

I remember Randall as a clear headed, uncomplicated man with a positive outlook on life.  It is no suprise that he dedicated his life to serving our country.  I was looking forward to his move to Florida so that he could join our growing group of NVRHS graduates seeking warmer weather.  He will be missed.

This makes me so sad to hear. I didn't know him well but in highschool he was going out with my good friend Jocelyn Craig. I remember him bring her little bouquets of flowers- so sweet and thoughtful! I also remember him being just plain nice to me and everyone else. Sad news indeed.

I was shocked & deeply sadden to hear about Randall's passing.  I am very greatful that I was also able to re-connect with him in the years of our reunion planning.  I was very lucky to have had a telephone conversation with him last year & since he was unable to attend our reunion due to a late deployment we also shared many emails.  I couldn't thank him enough for his commitments & admired his dedication & years of service to our country.  He will truly be missed, but always in our hearts!  RIP Gunner.........................

Wow  . he was in my Marine Corps League Unit for awhile. So sad to hear . Too young ! Semper Fidelis ! I believe he acheived the rank of Warrant Officer which is nicknamed a Gunner.  His name was his rank and rate.
