Dick was married in 1972 to his wife, Claudia. They had two children, Kevin and Bethany. Dick was a teacher as well as a principal. Even though he had his own health issues, he would drive across town to help his sister, Phyllis, who had serious medical problems, to see what he could do to help her.
Dick died Friday, October 24th, of a heart attack. He is survived by his wife and children and two grandchildren.
There will be no services at this time.

I am very sorry to hear of Dick's passing. I pray that Jesus will wrap his arms around his famiy members and help them to get though this very diffiult time in their lives.

Sorry to hear of Dick's passing. May he rest in peace. Last time I remember seeing Dick was when he was principle at my daughter's Jr. High School. We went to an event there and it was obvious he was well thought of there.

I am so sad to hear that Dick is no longer with us. I was looking forward to reconnecting after all these years. We exchanged emails a few years back and he asked me if I still ate my French fries with mustard (I do). I remember going to McDonald's after school and sharing an order of fries with Dick. He was such a great guy, easy to talk to, friendly to everyone. My prayers are with his family. He will be missed by all who knew him.

Gosh...such a shock to learn of Dick's passing. My prayers for his family and friends--that the LORD will pour His Love and Peace into the midst of them--giving them confidence that Dick is IN HIS PRESENCE today.
