Patricia Horan died on July 29, 2016 due to asphyxiation. She is survived by her husband, David Lopez; sons David and Graham Lopez and grandchildren Abigail and Reece.
Her husband wrote the following: " She was a loving wife for over 48 years and a proud and loving mother for over 44 years. She was very much loved and will always be our memory."
