Betty finished her last two years of high school at St Francis but she always considered herself part of our class, as well. When I told her about this website she immediately asked to be included. If you were her friend you were her friend forever. It was she who  sometimes called to say "it's been too long, we need to get together." I would describe her with the superlatives  that we aspire to be and if we are lucky enough the qualities we seek to find in our friendships. She was fun, smart, happy, caring, humble and so kind. Betty was one of the most unpretentious people who still said what was on her mind but never uttered a malicious or unkind word

.There is one thing that I have to point out. Betty had her mother's beauty queen looks and bone structure and she looked the same today as she looked in high school. She never aged.

However, I do want to extend my sympathy to her husband and children.  Please be assured of a special remembrance in my prayers during this difficult time!.  Let pictures as well as all of your wonderful family meoroies help you through the coming days, weeks, and months to come!
