JAMES L. CEMORE

Jim Cemore, 65, began his journey to a beautiful place on Tuesday, April 24, 2007, at Kavanagh house on Grand. No services are planned.

Jim was born October 20, 1941, and was a lifelong resident of Des Moines.

He was a book binder at the Meredith Corporation for 38 years. He had a talent for repairing lawn mowers, watches, clocks and engines. Jim was soft spoken, kindhearted and loved to fix things and then give them to those he loved.

Jim is survived by his wife, Vicki of Des Moines; daughter, Deena (Chuck) Tonsi of Indianola; son, Mike Cemore of Des Moines; papa to grandchildren Taylor and Alyssa Breuklander and Angelo Tonsi; sister, Carolyn (Greg) Browne of Wilton, IA and a brother, George (Donna) Cemore of Atlanta, GA.

Memorials may be given to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or Hospice of Central Iowa.

In life, his family was most important to Jim.
