Sharon Nunamaker, Register library specialist, dies

Sharon Nunamaker, 61, of the 1400 block of 63rd Street died of a heart ailment Saturday at home. The body was cremated, and plans for a memorial service are pending.

Miss Nunamaker had lived in Des Moines all her life. She was a library specialist with The Des Moines Register for 37 years. She had graduated from Drake University and also had attended the University of Iowa in Iowa City. She enjoyed her Irish heritage, folk music, movies, literature, reading and her collie dog, Clancey.
