Pauline Jane Kemen Wooten passed away due to a heart attack on January 14, 1984 (age 39) in Killeen, Texas.  Her husband Larry was in the Army.  The following obituary was published in the Killeen Daily Harold on January 17, 1984.

Funeral services for Mrs. Pauline Jane Wooten, 39, of Killeen, will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, January 18th, at the Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home Chapel with Chaplain (Lt. Col.) Joseph Anderson officiating.  Burial will follow at Killeen City Cemetery.

A rosary for Mrs. Wooten will be said at 6 p.m. today at the funeral home chapel.

Mrs. Wooten died Saturday at her home.

Born January 8, 1945, in Des Moines, Iowa, she was reared and educated in Iowa.  She had moved to Killeen recently.

Survivors include her husband, Larry E. Wooten of Killeen; her mother, Mrs. Lillian Kemen of Des Moines; and a sister, Mrs. Charlene Phillipsen of Des Moines.
