School Story:

Came to MacKenzie in 1960 from Hilton Head South Carolina. Played two years of football as a linebacker and one year of baseball. Graduated from summer school 1962, and joined the Marine Corps in October 1962.

I married a fellow student Rosemary Kongeal, class of 61. I did not know her while at school. Celebrating 49 years of marriage this August 2019.

About my career:

Retired USMC, Retired Mortgage Broker in the Napa Valley. I was a district manager for Transamerica Financial for 13 year from 1967- 80. I took a position with Mellon Bank and moved to Danville, California in 1980. Been here since, eventually moving to Napa, California.

Mackenzie Memories:

Football, Baseball and my Counselor Mr. Laub - he kept trying to tell me, but I wouldn't listen. Thank God it all worked out!
