After 32 years as a Truant Officer for the Detroit Public Schools I retired in 1995. I now own my own business Internation Building Products in Livonia, MI.

I am married to a very special woman who is very beautiful both inside and out. I have lived a wonderful full life. I have 5 great kids and 5 wonderful grand kIds.

On July 30th 2009 I got a new Kidney from my 33 year old adopted Korean son Toby. It worked perfectly and I am ready for another 73 years. There are only two problems. I have the Kidney of a 33 year old with the bladder of a 67 year old. In addition with my new Korean Kidney my eyes are starting to slant and I have a constant craving for Kimchie.

I have been truly blessed and my heart is full of love. Sandy

So sad to read of Sandy's passing. Enjoyed getting to know him though the Reunion meetings over the past few years. May his memory be a blessing for his family and the world. Micki Berg
