Life has been a challenge, but also we have been blessed in many ways. I have loved reconnecting with high school and college friends the past few years. Losing our young family members has been a cross to bear, but knowing we all face personal difficulties is just a part of this life.

I went to MSU, got my bachelors in special ed and elementary ed to 8th grade. We moved to Indiana, I got my MS at IUPUI (a branch of IU and PU) with an endorsement for emotional disabilities and transition services. Taught Students with mild, moderate and severe disabilities, elementary education 3/4th grade, adults with disabilites and serviced all individuals with disabilities in secondary years to inform regarding options for adult services. Loved my job and my family.

So sorry to hear about Dave.  We had many fun times together for a few years, and then reconnected through this website at reunion time.  We got to know each other as he hung around with John Loebel and Ken Tatum who were friends of mine.  This time of life is pretty heartbreaking watching friends leave us.  Prayers for peace to his family.  Thanks for this site and posting, good and sad things.  Living out of state, I had lost touch with so many.

I am so thankful that Jim and I reconnected since our reunion.  My heart breaks for his family.  I know he has struggled with illness for a time, but still think he was too young, too kind and too loved by so many.  My sincere condolences to his wife, children and grandchildren and all others.  Sorry, I could not have seen him one time.  A true friend has left all of us with many memories.
